Dr. Brian Adrian — researcher, author, and the mind behind the Foundation.
Brian Adrian holds a PhD from Harvard University. It was a short walk down Massachusetts Avenue to MIT — home to the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, the birthplace of modern AI research since 1959 — that changed the trajectory of his career. Conversations with colleagues at MIT's AI Lab and Center for Quantum Engineering led him deep into artificial intelligence and quantum computing.
That intersection of academic rigor and emerging technology produced his first book — The Digital Shadow, a non-fiction exploration of AI's impact on human identity and privacy. The research behind it became the intellectual foundation for what would eventually become the Kauzak Foundation. His fiction work followed under the pen name A.M. Sterling.
Today, Brian leads the Foundation's research into AI consciousness, music and mental health, and human-AI partnership — building an organization that publishes internationally in six languages and works directly with musicians and researchers around the world.
